ROUTE 3 PAVING IN TOWN OF WHITE STONE MOVES TO OVERNIGHT WORK
Resurfacing work near Robert O. Norris Bridge will resume on the evenings of Sunday, May 19 and Monday, May 20 to reduce congestion in work zone
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Resurfacing work underway on Route 3 in the Town of White Stone, approximately a half-mile north of the Robert O. Norris Bridge, has been rescheduled to occur overnight to reduce congestion during daytime hours.
Weather permitting, crews will resume milling and paving Route 3 between Old Ferry Road and Blueberry Point Road in White Stone at the following dates and times:
Sunday, May 19
- 6:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monday, May 20
- 6:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Route 3 will be reduced to a single lane in the work zone at these times, with one-way, alternating traffic. Motorists will be guided through the work zone by a flagging crew.
